Name of the Post: Principal Associate (Corporate & Commercial Law)

Location: Defence Colony, New Delhi

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should have post qualification experience of 7+ years.

• Strong command over Companies Act, FEMA, Contract law, and regulatory frameworks.

• Commercially pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset,

• Ability to independently manage complex mandates.

• Leadership presence with high drafting and negotiation standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and strategic investments.

• Advise corporates, founders, and investors on transaction structuring, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.

• Draft, review and negotiate high-value commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, SPAs, SHA, SSA, and investment documentation.

• Manage due diligence exercises and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Act as a primary client interface on key mandates.

• Supervise, mentor and quality-check work of senior associates and associates.

• Support business development and contribute to practice growth initiatives.
