Essential Qualification

• Ph.D. in Science including Science Policy or economics or Engineering or Law in IPR related issue.
• Teaching or research experience in IPR/Technology Transfer and Management/Patenting and Commercialization. Candidates must have published scholarly research articles in peer-reviewed reputed journals/books by reputed publishers in the IPR related issues.
• Candidates should be well versed in various IPR laws, policies and practices currently in force at both the national and international levels.
