Remuneration: ₹ 50,000/- to ₹ 78,000/- per month

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Master's degree in science, Business Administration (MBA), or Law; OR a Graduate degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology transfer, patent licensing, business development, or IP management at a legal firm, academic TTO, or industry.
• Specific experience in drafting contracts or agreements (e.g., licensing, MoUs).
• The percentage/grade points with respect to the academic qualifications will be a minimum of 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onward and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10^th and 12^th.
• Desirable: (a) Registered Patent Agent, (b) Experience in market research, data analytics, and preparing marketing materials.
• Skills and Competencies: (a) Strong understanding of technology transfer processes, licensing principles, and contract law basics, (b) Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, (c) Self-motivated, creative, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, and (d) Proficiency in database management, presentation tools, and social media management.
