Essential Qualification and Experience

• Ph.D. or equivalent; OR
• M.Tech./M.S./M.Phil. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in Research/Industrial/Design and Development/IT/ Administration in an organization/Industry of repute; OR
• B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc./M.C.A./LLM./CA/CMA/CS/MBA/Professional qualification or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 04 years of post-qualification experience in Research/Industrial/Design and Development/IT/ Administration in an organization/Industry of repute; OR
• B.C.A./B.Sc./B.A./B.Com./B.B.A./LLB. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 08 years of post-qualification experience in Research/Industrial/Design and Development/IT/Administration in an organization/Industry of repute.
• The percentage/grade points with respect to the academic qualifications will be a minimum of 60% or equivalent grade from Graduation onwards and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.
• Desirable Qualification/Experience: (a) Minimum 02 years of industry experience, preferably in a business development, technology transfer, corporate relations, or research management role, (b) Demonstrated ability to independently engage with senior industry stakeholders and navigate corporate decision-making structures, (c) Familiarity with academia-industry collaboration frameworks, MoUs, sponsored research, and consultancy processes, (d) Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and reports for diverse audiences, and (e) Prior experience in managing or coordinating multi-stakeholder projects; ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion with minimal supervision.
