Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers possessing bachelor's degree in law from Recognized University; and holding;
• Analogues post on regular basis in the central Government or State Government of courts or Tribunals in the pay scale of Level-14 an officer of District and Session Judge rank in analogous pay scale of Joint Secretary of India.
