Remuneration:

Research Associate: Rs. 57,000/- per month (Consolidated; inclusive of all allowances such as travel, food, and incidental expenses).

Filed Investigator: Rs. 35,000/- per month (Consolidated; inclusive of travel, food, and all field-related expenses)

Essential Qualification and Experience

Research Associate

• Master's in social sciences / social work / Anthropology / Sociology / Psychology / Law or allied disciplines with minimum 55% marks.
• Demonstrated research experience of at least one year, preferably.
• Desirable Skills: (a) Expertise in academic writing, editing, and proofreading, (b) Proficiency in SPSS or other data analysis tools, and (c) Experience in interdisciplinary and field-based research.

Field Investigator

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences / social work / Anthropology / Sociology / Psychology / Law or allied disciplines with minimum 55% marks.
• Desirable: (a) Prior experience in fieldwork-based data collection, especially in institutional, rural, or tribal contexts, and (b) Familiarity with socio-legal research
