• Master's degree in law/political science/public administration/history/Sociology with at least 55% marks, having adequate knowledge of Constitution of India and should preferably possess experience in the Panchayati Raj System and Rural Development.

• Ph.D. in above or related subjects.

• At least 2 years of relevant project work experience in Panchayati Raj System or Rural Development;

• Experience in program coordination, advocacy and community engagement.
