Essential Qualification and Experience

Senior Associate

• A Degree in LL.B. with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates having litigation experience in Delhi.
• Candidates with exposure to Banking and Finance matters, including proceedings before DRT/DRAT, matters under the SARFAESI Act, RDB Act, and criminal proceedings arising out of financial transactions, shall be preferred.

Associate (Legal)

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice law.
• Preference will be given to candidates with active litigation experience in Delhi.
• Candidates having hands on exposure to Banking and Finance matters, including proceedings before DRT/DRAT, matters under the SARFAESI Act, RDB Act, arbitration proceedings, and criminal proceedings arising out of financial transactions, will be strongly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Associate

• The candidate should have strong expertise in drafting and reviewing legal pleadings, writs, complaints, replies, rejoinders, and other legal documents for various courts and tribunals.
• Drafting and handling matters relating to Banking and Finance laws, including DRT, SARFAESI, recovery proceedings, and related criminal complaints.
• The candidate will represent clients independently and alongside senior members, prepare case notes, written arguments, and manage case briefs.
• Briefing senior counsel, conducting legal research, and overseeing the work of junior associates.

Associate (Legal)

• Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal pleadings, including but not limited to applications, replies, rejoinders, written submissions, writ petitions, criminal complaints, and other allied pleadings before various courts and tribunals.
• Independently handling and assisting in matters relating to Banking and Finance laws, including DRT/DRAT proceedings, SARFAESI enforcement actions, recovery matters, arbitration proceedings, and related criminal complaints.
• Representing clients before courts and tribunals, both independently and along with senior members of the firm.
• Preparation of case briefs, written arguments, legal opinions, and detailed case notes, and effective coordination for day-to-day case management.
