Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should have post qualification experience on 4-6 years.
• Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• High attention to detail with strong turnaround discipline.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents including term sheets, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Support M&A and investment transactions from structuring to closing.
• Conduct and manage legal due diligence exercises and prepare reports.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
• Assist in regulatory filings and compliance advisory.
• Guide junior Associates and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
