Name of the Post: Senior Associate (White Collar Crime)

Location: Defence Colony, New Delhi

Essential Qualification and Experience

· Candidate should have a degree in LL.B. from a reputed university; LL.M. preferred but not mandatory.

· 6–8 years of strong litigation experience with focus on economic offences, PMLA, Companies Act violations, and anti-corruption matters.

· Excellent drafting, research, and client-handling skills.

· Prior experience with leading white-collar crime practitioners or law firms is essential.

· Ability to work independently while leading a small team.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Lead and manage white-collar crime matters before various courts, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, and Trial Courts.

· Handle cases involving ED, CBI, SFIO, SEBI, and other regulatory investigations.

· Draft and vet legal documents including complaints, bail applications, responses, and petitions.

· Strategize case approaches and advise clients on compliance and preventive measures against criminal liabilities.

· Liaise with senior counsels, law enforcement authorities, and corporate clients.

· Mentor and guide junior Associates on case strategy and documentation.
