Essential Qualification and Experience

• Degree from a recognized University / Post Graduation / Degree in Law.
• Retired Group 'A' Officers having at least 15 years of experience in responsible / supervisory / administrative positions in Government Organizations / Autonomous Bodies.
• Fully conversant with the Government rules and regulations, service rules, financial rules, office procedures and administration, matters / maintenance of accounts, disciplinary cases, court cases, vigilance matters, stores, purchase procedures, maintenance of equipment and supply / estate maintenance.
