• The candidate shall hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Laws (LLM) degree;
• The candidate should possess a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in handling legal and regulatory matters in the field of Investment Banking / Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) / Private Equity / Private Debt / BFSI / Insurance / Pension Fund sector.
