Essential Qualification and Experience

• Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India is mandatory.
• Law degree from a premier law institute is mandatory.
• 12 to 17 years of post-qualification corporate secretarial & legal experience, including significant work in an in-house senior legal position at a public listed multinational corporation or a reputed public listed company in India.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating diverse commercial contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian corporate, competition, privacy, and employment laws.
• Experience with real estate law, including commercial conveyancing, leases, and licenses.
• Strong understanding of legal compliance and corporate policy implementation.
• Familiarity with government policies and initiatives related to the EV sector in India.
