Essential Qualification and Experience

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• LL.B. / LLM from a recognized institution.
• Strong contract drafting and review expertise.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (preferred).
• Experience in process mapping tools.
• Strong documentation and redlining capabilities.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
• 10+ years of experience in: (a) Contract management, (b) Commercial/legal documentation, and (c) Legal operations or process optimization.
• Strong experience working with: (a) Contract templates and playbooks, (b) Global stakeholders, and (c) Legal review and risk assessment frameworks.
