• Nine years' experience in experience executive cadre in the field of General Administration, personnel, industrial relations, etc in an Industrial/ commercial/ Govt. Undertaking.
• Desirable: Desirable: degree/ Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Kelations Relations/ Social Work/ Labour Welfare of allied subjects or degree in Law from a recognized university/ Institution.
