Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should degree in LL.B. with 10+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience in indirect tax litigation, including handling and supporting IDT matters before tax forums.
• Strong working knowledge of indirect tax laws and regulations, with the ability to apply legal principles to case preparation and representation.
• Skilled in developing and managing IDT litigation strategies, documentation, and case-related submissions.
• Ability to brief Counsels and argue indirect tax matters effectively in tax forums with sound legal and technical grounding.
• Capable of contributing to litigation workflows with attention to compliance, case analysis, and structured issue resolution.
