Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should have a degree in LL.B. with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in Policy and/or Legal Advisory.
• Experience in policy formulation and experience in drafting/vetting governance documentation. - Experience in providing legal opinions, interpretative guidance, and regulatory recommendations on compliance issues on sector-specific frameworks.
• Experience in Legal Documentation & Contract Management.
• Experience in strategic legal advisory focusing on commercial and legal interests of the clients/ organisations Stakeholder Coordination Experience.
• Experience in Statutory Interpretation & Implementation.
