Essential Qualification and Experience

• Degree if Law (Regular) from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Should be a qualified legal practitioner having practiced for a period of at least four years post qualification.
• Experience in respect of Court matters, Service matters, Judicial matters and having experience in of independent drafting & filing of cases, noting and others matters, commercial contracts etc. (such as vendor agreements, Business Alliance Partner Agreements, NDAS, Statement of Work, Data Transfer Agreement etc.)
