Essential Qualification and Experience
- Candidate should have a LL.B. from any recognized university in India.
- Enrolment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Experience at BAR of handling Criminal matters in Courts including High Courts.
- Experience of 10 years or more in handling Criminal Matters as an Advocate.
- An unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by Government of India from time to time.
- Knowledge of Malayalam language is essential
