Essential Qualification and Experience

· Minimum Essential Qualification: Full-time bachelor's degree in law (3 yrs. LL.B. or 5 yrs. Integrated LL.B.) from a recognized university/institute with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

· Desirable Qualification: LL.M. with specialization in Corporate/Contract/Labour Law.

· Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience of working in a Public Sector Undertaking/Government Organisation/ Private Corporates in legal functions. Experience in legal functions of power sector/infrastructure/renewable energy sector will be preferred.
