Essential Qualification and Experience

• Postgraduate in Social Work (MSW)/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Child Development or Law; Or
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with Diploma in Child Rights/ Counselling along with three years' experience.
• Desirable work experience of at least three years in the filed of Child Rights/ Child Protection/ Legal Work/ Child Psychology/ Counselling/ Sociology/ Psychology.
• Preference will be given to work experience in District Legal Service Authority/ District Child Protection Unit/ Child Welfare Committee/ Juvenile Justice Board/ POCSO Court or Child Line/ Child Helpline Services.
