Essential Qualification and Experience

• LL.B. (From recognized university/ institute) Or BA & LL.B. (5 years integrated course)
• Desirable: (i) LL.M preferably in Corporate Law (ii) Experience in the domain area related to NFRA.
• At least one years post qualification experience in Legal matters having excellent hands-on in Legal Research, drafting of Petitions, Counter Affidavits, etc.
• Candidate must possess excellent computer skills of typing; MS-office, use of internet, search tools etc,
• Desirable: Experience of working in Govt/Statutory Bodies.
