The Supreme Court collegium has remitted the names of four advocates and a judicial officer to the Chief Justice of Patna High Court.
The Collegium comprising Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi, Justice MB Lokur and Justice Kurian Joseph sent back the names of the following candidates:

Anand Kumar Ojha (lawyer)
Mohd. Nadim Seraj (lawyer)
Nivedita Nirvikar (lawyer)
Bhushan Pathak (Judicial Officer)
