Justice TB Radhakrishnan To Continue As Chief Justice Of Hyderabad HC [Read Notification]

The Centre has notified the continuation of Justice TB Radhakrishnan, the Chief Justice of the erstwhile Hyderabad High Court for both states, as the Chief Justice of Hyderabad High Court, which is set to become the High Court for the state of Telangana from next year onwards.

The notification also states that Justices Raghvendra Singh Chauhan and V Ramasubramanian, who are from different high courts originally, will continue functioning in the Hyderabad High Court for the state of Telangana from next year.

Justice Radhakrishnan secured his LL.B. degree from Bangalore University and enrolled as an Advocate in December 1983. He was sworn in as a permanent judge of Kerala High Court in October 2004, and as the Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court in March, 2017. He then took over as the Chief Justice for Telangana & Andhra Pradesh High Court in July this year.
