Axis Finance Limited vs. Orbit Venture Developers & Ors. was once again listed before the before the Hon'ble Division Bench headed by Hon'ble Shri Justice K. R. Shriram in Cr. No.13.
The Respondent No. 2 & 3 i.e. Rajen Dhruv & Hiren Dhruv were not present in the Court.
It was informed to the Hon'ble Court by the Advovate representing both the directors that he wishes to withdraw his Vakalatnama. He further informed the Hon'ble Court that both the directors are not reachable & may be absconding.
The Hon'ble Court therefore issued a look out notice against them & directed the Police Officer to trace the directors immediately.
