Kochhar & Co. Advises Investors On Strategic Acquisition Of Stake In Parklife Innovations Limited

Kochhar & Co. advised Natspo Industries Private Limited and its promoters (collectively, the “Investors”) on the acquisition of a significant minority stake in Parklife Innovations Limited, a company incorporated in England and engaged in the retail sale of sporting goods, fishing equipment, camping equipment, boats and bicycles.
The transaction involved a secondary acquisition of shares from the existing shareholders of Parklife Innovations Limited, collectively representing about 20% of the company's aggregate shareholding.
Acting as legal counsel to the Investors, Kochhar & Co. provided comprehensive, end-to-end support across all stages of the transaction. The Firm's mandate included transaction structuring, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents, and advice on the related legal and regulatory considerations.
According to the firm, the transaction reflects its experience in advising Indian businesses and promoters on cross-border investments and transactions involving overseas companies.
