Kochhar & Co. Advises ElevenX Capital On The India Leg Of Its Sale Of Portfolio Company OculusIT To Avathon Capital

Kochhar & Co. acted as legal counsel to ElevenX Capital, a Miami-based private equity firm, in relation to the India leg of the sale of its portfolio company, OculusIT, to Avathon Capital, a Chicago-based private investment platform focused on education and workforce development.

Kochhar & Co. advised on all India-related legal aspects of the transaction, including drafting & negotiation of transaction documents and providing strategic legal guidance on employment law, foreign exchange regulations, and direct & indirect tax matters.

The transaction was led by Partners Anirudh Mukherjee and Manish Dembla, with support from Senior Associate Narinder Kaul.
