Link Legal represented and advised Auctus Advisors Private Limited ("Auctus") and its shareholders in its 100% acquisition by YCP Solidiance International B.V. ("YCP Solidiance"), a subsidiary of YCP Holdings (Global) Limited which is a company listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Formed in 2010, Auctus is one of the leading consulting companies, having offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi. Auctus provides a range of services including strategy, transformation, risk & compliance, due diligence, regulation and digital & technology to clients across sectors.
Formed in 2018 through the merger between Hong Kong-headquartered strategic consultancy Solidiance and Japan-based professional services group YCP, YCP Solidiance is a premier strategy and management consultancy company which focuses on a range of sectors, including automotive, manufacturing, transport, energy, industrials, healthcare, and technology.
Our scope included (i) support in due diligence; (ii) advisory on structuring of the transaction; (iii) review, negotiation and finalization of transaction documents; and (iv) assistance in execution and closing of the transaction.
