Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India (Firm) advised AMP Energy India Private Limited (AMPIN) in connection with its investment from Intermediate Capital Group PLC through its Singapore based affiliate fund Atlanta Investment Pte. Ltd. (ICG), Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) of up to USD 250 million (approximately INR 20.6 billion) through primary issuance of equity securities.
