The Firm represented Capri Global Holdings Private Limited (CGHL) the holding company of non-banking financial company, Capri Global Capital Ltd (CGCL) on acquisition of 51% stake in CarLelo Private Limited, which is operating a new car selling platform under the brand “CarLelo”.
