Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (“IREDA” or the “Lender”) in relation to the financial assistance granted to 7 (seven) SPVs of NSL Group aggregating up to INR 673,32,00,000 in connection with 7 renewable energy power projects spread across the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.
The Firm acted as the Lender’s Legal Counsel and the transaction team consisted of Partner, Purvi Dabbiru and Associates – Aishwarya Dixit, Pragya Verma and Shantanu Awasthi.
