Lending platform LoanTap Financial Technologies Private Limited (LoanTap) has acquired Unofin, a healthcare-focused fintech venture for an undisclosed sum.
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised LoanTap on all aspects of the transaction documentation.
With this acquisition, LoanTap aims to leverage Unofin's expertise in healthcare financing to expand its reach in the rapidly growing healthcare sector in the country.
The transaction team was led by Partner, Sarika Raichur and ably assisted by Associate Shaurya Jakher.
