Aastha is one of the core members of the Firm's Banking & Finance and Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Mumbai. She is one of the members of the Firm who has been involved in the journey of the Firm since its inception in 2009. Aastha holds extensive experience of over 13 years in handling various banking and finance, projects and project finance transactions, both as lenders' counsel as well as borrower's counsel. She advises several renowned banks, NBFCs, credit funds and large corporate houses on various transactions including, structured finance, syndicated lending, real estate financing and financing through NCDs. Aastha has been ranked in Banking & Finance by Legal500 and has also been recognised in the BusinessWorld LegalWorld's 40 under 40 list of lawyers. Aastha graduated from the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata in 2009.

Adity Chaudhury is an integral part of the Firm's Corporate and M&A, Restructuring & Insolvency and Private Equity practice in Mumbai. She is also one of the first members of the Firm since its very inception in 2009. Adity is well known for her expertise in corporate and commercial laws and has received several accolades for her work including, being recognised as the 'Female Dealmaker of the Year 2022' by Asian Legal Business (a Thomson Reuters publication) and BusinessWorld LegalWorld's 40 under 40 list of lawyers. She is experienced in handling a variety of transactions in mergers (including distressed M&A under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016), acquisitions, spin-offs, joint ventures, group restructuring, public and private takeovers, corporate insolvency and restructuring, merger control, corporate and shareholder disputes. Adity also regularly advises on corporate governance and general corporate and disclosure matters. Adity's clientele includes large corporate houses, multinationals, financial institutions and funds. Adity graduated from the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata in 2008.

Arka Majumdar has been an intrinsic member of the Firm for over a decade. He has rich and varied experience in corporate transactions encompassing M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency and general corporate practice areas of the Firm. Based in Kolkata, Arka has represented various multinationals, foreign investors, and domestic entities in both primary and secondary investment. His deal repertoire includes various sectors such as steel, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and insurance. Arka is also actively involved in the employment law vertical of the Firm and has rich and varied experience in advising various multinationals, foreign investors and domestic entities in employment and human resources issues, whether as part of a complex deal structure or on standalone advisory basis. Apart from his expertise on general corporate laws, his experience in certain niche areas of laws such as real estate laws, has allowed him to offer develop result-oriented solutions to critical issues pertaining to different aspects of a transaction life-cycle. Arka is also adept at tribunals/ courts based restructuring and has advised large conglomerates in their restructuring schemes. Arka has been recognised for his exemplary work by Legal500 rankings.
