    Singhania & Partners is currently in the 22nd year of its practice as a prominent full service law firm. Amongst the most difficult times the firm has seen remarkable growth and every member is an equal participant of this exemplary performance. To celebrate the hard work and success, various new promotions were announced!

    The firm has promoted Associate Partner Mr. Abhishek Kumar as a Partner. Abhishek Kumar has been practicing for more than 16 years and successfully represented clients before Supreme Court of India, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, Government Authorities, and other Statutory Tribunals. He has also represented multiple infrastructure companies in various international and domestic arbitrations and enjoys a good reputation amongst the clients.

    Ms. Madhu Murthy was promoted from senior associate to principal associate in Bengaluru office. She has been working on high stake litigations and arbitration and has assisted clients in invoking and defending Writ Petitions and other issues related to legal/fundamental rights.

    Associates Sana Singh (IPR), Vivek Gupta ( Arbitration and Litigation), Siddharth Pandey (Arbitration and Litigation), Ankita Singh (Corporate-M&A), Shivangi Khanna (Arbitration and Litigation) and Prerna Beri (Banking and Finance) have been promoted to senior associates.
