    Saraf and Partners announced the elevation of five partners to Senior Partners. The promotion is a recognition of their outstanding performance, commitment, and contribution to the growth and success of the firm.

    The new Senior Partners are - Sanjeev Sharma, Vikrant Kumar, Bikash Jhawar, Manmeet Singh, and Vaibhav Kakkar. They have all demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and have consistently provided excellent service to our clients. Each of these partners brings a unique set of strengths and expertise to the firm.

    Sanjeev Sharma is a skilled litigator with close to three decades of experience in handling complex commercial litigation, arbitration, constitutional & administrative law litigation and regulatory proceedings before statutory authorities, tribunals, and courts. He has represented clients in high-stakes disputes across various industries, including construction, infrastructure, engineering, real estate, energy, oil & gas, technology, steel and hospitality. His strategic thinking and attention to detail have been instrumental in achieving successful outcomes for our clients.

    Vikrant Kumar is a partner in Saraf’s Bengaluru office. A seasoned transactional lawyer with more than a decade of experience specializing in cross-border transactions, he is an integral member of the Firm’s corporate advisory practice and advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance matters. He has a keen understanding of the business world and is known for his ability to provide practical solutions to complex legal issues.

    Bikash Jhawar is a leading banking and finance lawyer. He has played a very pivotal role in the growth of Saraf and Partners over the last 18 months. Having two decades of experience, Bikash has represented clients in numerous high-profile cases and has a deep understanding of the banking sector. He routinely advises financial institutions, multinational banks, multilateral lending agencies with respect to financing of various infrastructure projects, structured finance, debt restructuring etc. His analytical skills and ability to navigate complex legal issues make him an asset to our clients.

    Manmeet Singh is part of disputes & insolvency practice at Saraf. Having more than a decade of professional experience, he handles complex and high value commercial litigation, arbitration and insolvency matters. He has acted for a range of clients including financial institutions, private equity investors and Indian conglomerates across diverse sectors. He regularly appears in arbitrations, courts (including the High Courts, the Supreme Court, National Company Law Tribunals, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal) and other regulatory forums, across the country. His leadership skills and strategic vision makes him an ideal addition to our Senior Partners team.

    Vaibhav Kakkar is a leading expert in Corporate and M&A with a track record of success that speaks for itself. Having close to two decades of diversified experience, ranging from leading numerous large ticket-sized M&A transactions, and extensive advisory on multifarious issues involving corporate and commercial agreements, joint ventures, private equity, and technology matters. He has demonstrated an unparalleled depth of knowledge and a talent for providing practical, actionable advice to clients facing even the most complex legal challenges. Vaibhav’s analytical mind and attention to detail makes him an invaluable member of our team.
