K. Venkata holds MBA (IIFT), LL.B., Fellow Member, ICSI, Qualified Insolvency Professional and Independent Director and will be based out of the Firm’s Mumbai office. K. Venkata has had an illustrious career spanning over 3 decades with rich experience in advising on various facets of business contracts management, litigation management, legal compliances management, M&A, Due-diligence, company law and corporate governance, real estate acquisitions & leasing transactions and Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws.

K. Venkata’s previous experience includes working with top companies like Sun Pharma, DLF, Future Retail and Bharti Airtel International. More recently, K. Venkata has acted as Group Vice-President (Legal) & Group Company Secretary, Cummins India and Advisor (Legal & Secretarial), Blue Star.

Kamal is a Fellow Member of ICAI and has an illustrious career spanning over 3 decades advising on indirect tax issues in investment transactions, litigations, M&A, due-diligence, including, issues related to Foreign Trade Policy, PTA, FTA, CEPA, CECA, customs duty and GST.

Kamal’s previous experience includes working with PwC, Deloitte, KPMG and EY.
