Singhania & Co. acted as legal counsels for Small Industries Development Bank of India (“SIDBI”) and Foundation for Innovation and Research in Science Technology, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (“FIRST”) (collectively referred to as the “Investors”) in relation to their investment in Mild Cares Private Limited (“Company”).
The Company, known for its brand MildCares, is engaged in the development of personal care and hygiene products through technology-driven, sustainable solutions, with a mission to positively impact the lives of women across India.
S&Co. advised the investors on the entire transaction, including the due diligence of the Company, drafting and vetting of the transaction documents, secretarial compliances and closing actionables in relation to the investment.
