Singhania & Partners LLP announces the appointment of Varun Jain as CEO. Varun, a highly experienced Regulatory & Government Affairs expert, joins the team with more than two decades of experience in heavily regulated industries like pharmaceuticals, big tech, medical devices, and aerospace spanning leading MNC’s like Google, Honeywell, Gilead, Medtronic, and Tata Consultancy Services.
Varun has Master's degrees from the Harvard Kennedy School; Indian School of Business, Hyderabad; and an LL.B from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. With his cross-functional education and experience in legal, regulatory, policy advocacy, and statutory compliance, Varun is poised to provide our clients with unparalleled insights and support.
Varun will spearhead the Regulatory & Government Advisory Practice for the firm, with the mission to help clients shape an enabling policy environment and manage regulatory risks. Additionally, he will also be supporting the Corporate & Commercial Practice.
For over two decades, Varun has also served as a Trustee at Sanskriti Foundation - a pioneering platform for art and culture in the city of Delhi. As a result, he has substantial exposure to non-profit governance, global philanthropy, CSR, ESG and Impact investing.
