ZEUS Law’s Start-up, Fintech & E-commerce team lead by Senior Partner, Jayshree Navin Chandra and assisted by Nitika Bakshi, Associate are advising Valocity India LLP, a globally awarded FinTech company, transforming and digitising the property decisioning process globally with customers across India, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
The ZEUS team has supported in establishing Valocity’s operations in India and drafted and finalised the entire repertoire of standardised documents for Valocity’s proprietary cloud-based SAAS platform that digitises the entire property valuation process with bespoke solutions for residential and commercial lending. The team also supports Valocity in its discussions with Banks, Housing Finance Companies & NBFCs and in successfully concluding its negotiations with them on the master service contracts.
