Job Description: Looking to hire candidates with a minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in Patent practice.

Job Responsibilities:

• · Patent Drafting

• · Prosecution of Patent Applications (Indian & International – PCT) including,

a. Responding to office actions

b. Conducting prior art Searches

c. FTO Searches

d. Reviewing invention disclosures

e. Advising Clients on patentability issues & infringement analysis

• · Should be able to handle work assigned irrespective of the technology domain
• · Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• · Should be able to work independently as well as be part of a team
