Amit Meharia, Managing Partner, MCO Legals As External Expert Faculty In Petrolex 2023

Petrolex 2023 was a 2-day conference event – a platform for the legal fraternity of the 3 Oil Marketing Companies to interact, share & strategize legal matters in oil and gas sectors & to safeguard respective company interests.

Mr. Amit Meharia, Managing Partner of MCO Legals was invited as an “External Expert Faculty” at Petrolex 2023 along with his team members – Ms. Tannishtha Singh, Mr. Abinash Agarwal & Ms. Paramita Banerjee.

The conference which spread over 2 days was divided into 11 sessions on pressing issues:

As an “External Expert Faculty”, Mr. Amit Meharia gave his legal inputs and practical insights for all the 11 topics along with providing insightful articles on all the topics tactfully addressing the concerns of the oil marketing companies for deliberation and providing a plausible way forward.

The grand inaugural ceremony of Petrolex 2023 was addressed by Mr. S.M. Vaidya, Chairman, IOCL & graced by more than 40 revered delegates including Mr H S Rajpal, ED (Law), CO and Mr Kamal K Gwalani, CGM (Law) & Company Secretary; Ms Anu Mohla, GM 1/c (Law), HO, Mr. Ajit Mohan Singh Kunwar, GM (Legal) HO from BPCL and Mr Narayanan H lyer, ED (Legal) and Mr. Rajendra Lade, GM (Legal) from HPCL, amongst others.

The two-day event witnessed an awe-inspiring display of enthusiasm from all the Speakers, Presenters & Moderators of the sessions along with Mr. Amit Meharia, the External Expert Faculty and his team The enriching and impactful event was well balanced with team building exercises and events & programs highlighting the culture of Kerala.
