Swetha Poojary Dabhi Joins Solicis Lex Advisory As Senior Partner

Swetha shall be heading transactions in the firm from the firms additional new office at Nariman Point, Mumbai. She has been in hospitality industry to drive corporate governance and business strategy. She was a key contributor to organizational success by building a Strong Legal Foundation at Ginger Hotels, a part of Tata Group's Taj Hotels since 2006 as Senior Manager - Legal and Company Secretary. Her role in Expansion, Regulatory Framework, Acquisition and compliances was outstanding.

Subsequently she joined Aditya Birla's New Age Hospitality vertical as Deputy General Manager, taking on a dynamic role that integrated legal expertise with strategic business leadership, management of corporate records, compliance with governance policies, and adherence to statutory requirements while collaborating with government authorities, and regulatory bodies whereby facilitating the acquisition of 100% stakes in new business ventures.

Being a Senior Legal professional and considering her track record with Tata Group and Aditya Birla Group, it is expected that she shall be bringing wealth of experience, expertise and knowledge by heading the entire team who will be handling upcoming major corporate transactions at Solicis Lex Advisory. She is also on board with other few companies.
