National Research Development Corporation, a Public Sector Enterprise under Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India has invited applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Law Officer.

Age Limit: Below 35 years

Salary: Rs.45, 000/-p.m. (Fixed)

Nature of Job

1. Drafting/scrutinizing of all kinds of legal documents viz. License Agreements, MOUs/MOAs, deeds, contracts, bonds, guarantees, collaboration agreements, export documents, plaints, written statements, affidavits, providing legal opinions etc.
2. Interacting/coordinating with the company appointed Advocates/Arbitrators, attending court cases alongwith company appointed advocates for briefing & monitoring of all Court and Arbitration Cases.

Essential Qualification

1. Essential: BL/LL.B. from a recognised University
2. Desirable: PG Dip in IPR or Industrial & Labour Laws.

Experience: Minimum 2 yrs experience in dealing with legal cases/ as practicing advocate in Court of Law. Proficiency in drafting legal documents and well versed in various Corporate Laws viz. Mercantile Law, Arbitration Law, and Patents Law etc.
