    The Centre for Comparative Studies in Personal Laws, National Law University, Delhi is organizing this National Conference as an initiative to understand and empathize the challenges faced by aging people in today’s changing times, and to deliberate on the various issues bothering them on daily basis. This National Conference is an attempt to resolve long pending issues and to find out some logical and practical solutions to their social, economic as well as legal problems. This National Conference is open for academicians, research scholars, professionals, practitioners and students from various disciplines.

    BROAD THEMES:
    The broad theme areas include (but are not confined to) the following:

    ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
    1. Abstract submission must be strictly in MS Word format only. Submission made in any other format shall not be considered.
    2. The MS Word file must be named in the manner which is as follows:
    Name of the Author and Co-author (if any) followed by title of the work. (eg: Author, co-author- title)
    3. Co-authorship is limited to a maximum of two authors.
    4. Abstract shall not exceed more than 250-300 words including keywords (maximum 5). Author(s) name, designation and their affiliations are not included.
    5. Format: All submissions must be in Times New Roman, font size 12, justified and with w1.5 line spacing, Paper size: A4 Sheet with margin of 1 cm.
    6. Abstract must be accompanied by a Cover page which must include following details: a) Title of the Paper b) Name of the Author and Co-author (if any) c) Designation d) Affiliation e) Contact details of Author and Co-author (if any) (E-mail ID, Contact number etc.,).
    7. Abstract shall be submitted via email- cpl.ncsc@nludelhi.ac.in

    IMPORTANT DATES:

    1. Last date for submission of Abstract: October 15, 2023

    2. Intimation of acceptance of abstract: October 22, 2023

    3. Last date for the payment of registration fees: October 31, 2023

    4. Conference date: November 6, 2023

    5. Last date for Full Paper Submission: December 31, 2023

    MODE OF CONFERENCE:

    In-person/ Physical

    REGISTRATION FEES:

    There shall be a Registration/Entry fee of Rs. 1000 only. The Conference is open to all students, research scholars, academicians and professionals from various disciplines.
