NLU Delhi To Host 11th Prof. Ghanshyam Memorial Parliamentary Debate From April 25–27

National Law University Delhi is set to host the 11th Prof. Ghanshyam Memorial Parliamentary Debate. The competition invites students from across institutions to participate in parliamentary debating.
This annual event will be conducted in the Asian Parliamentary (3v3) format, bringing together both experienced and novice debaters. The Core Adjudicator Panel this year includes Rohan Grover and Yatharth Surana.
Scheduled to take place from 25th to 27th April 2026 at the NLU Delhi campus in offline mode, the tournament is open to all, with a dedicated novice category. The novice eligibility is defined as participants with no majors break and not more than three open speaker breaks. Following an Adjudicator Policy of N=N, each team of 3 debaters is required to register additionally with one Adjudicator. No special experience is required to be an adjudicator.
Registrations for Phase I are currently open and will close on 13th April 2026. The registration fee for this phase is ₹600 per participant. Accommodation will not be provided by the organisers.
The Prof. Ghanshyam Memorial Parliamentary Debate is held annually and serves as a platform for student participation in parliamentary debating.
