The 31st Edition of the Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition provides an intellectually stimulating platform for students to engage with contemporary and complex questions of international environmental law, sustainability and global environmental governance. The Competition seeks to foster a deeper understanding of emerging environmental challenges while developing participants' skills in legal research, written advocacy, oral advocacy and critical analysis.

The India Rounds for India and Nepal, hosted by the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, will provide participating teams with an opportunity to compete at the national level and engage with contemporary issues of international environmental law. The Competition will also serve as a platform for students from law schools and universities across India to interact with and learn from fellow aspiring advocates with a shared interest in environmental law and international legal issues.
