    LiveLaw invites applications from law students for the 2026 cohort of the Campus Ambassador Programme. The initiative focuses on building organised student representation at universities and developing steady channels for academic outreach, feedback exchange, and institutional interaction.

    Ambassadors will coordinate activities that support legal education, improve awareness about resource access, and assist with student-level engagement relating to LiveLaw's work.

    Overview

    LiveLaw is an independent legal news platform that focuses on court reporting, statutory changes, legal analysis and commentary targeted towards students, practitioners, academics and interested readers. The Campus Ambassador Programme is structured to place student coordinators in positions where they can support communication between theirinstitution and LiveLaw in a responsible, organised, and mutually beneficial manner over acourse of a two year term.

    The work includes communication with student committees, academic departments, faculty offices and student groups, along with organising educational sessions, maintaining periodic reports, and participating in structured meetings with LiveLaw's coordinating team.

    Eligibility

    Applicants must be:

    ● Law students in the 2nd or 3rd year

    ● Enrolled full-time at their institution

    ● In good academic standing

    Shortlisting will be based on CV, responses to an application questionnaire, and a virtual

    interview assessing communication and organisational acumen.

    Responsibilities

    Campus Ambassadors will:

    ● Act as the authorised contact point for LiveLaw within their university

    ● Coordinate webinars, workshops, and orientation-style sessions that relate to LiveLaw or LiveLaw Academy

    ●Inform the campus community about subscription access, platform updates, and

    academic opportunities

    ● Maintain periodic feedback logs through monthly / bi-monthly reports and a

    structured 6-month review template

    ● Join scheduled virtual meetings with LiveLaw staff

    ● Support student awareness regarding premium access mechanisms

    Time requirement: approximately 6–10 hours per month

    Selection Method

    1. Short online application with CV and questionnaire

    2. Screening of responses

    3. Virtual interaction with shortlisted candidates

    Continuation into the second year depends on performance, sincerity in communication,

    initiative during tasks, and timely participation in programme requirements.

    Monetary rewards are standard within the programme but may only be given based on

    performance and commitment. This will be addressed transparently in the contractual

    document.
