The Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Law School, under the aegis of Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Professional Studies, proudly presents the 1st All India Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Moot Court Competition, 2026 (ADGMCC'26). Scheduled to be held on 28th–29th April 2026, this prestigious event aims to provide a dynamic platform for law students across the country to showcase and enhance their advocacy, research, and legal reasoning skills.
The theme for this year's competition, “Deepfake Technology and Cyber Crime,” highlights one of the most pressing and evolving challenges in contemporary law. Participants will engage in intellectually stimulating courtroom simulations, addressing complex legal issues arising from technological advancements and digital misuse.
The competition is designed to foster critical thinking, professionalism, and practical exposure to courtroom proceedings. Judged by esteemed legal experts and academicians, ADGMCC'26 aspires to bridge the gap between theoretical legal education and real-world practice.
