- Release of Clarifications: 10th of March, 2019
- Submission of Memorials (Soft-copy): 20th of March, 2019
- Submission of Memorials (Hard-Copy) and Authorisation Letter: 24th of March, 2019
- Memorial Selection Results: 26th of March, 2019
- Submission of the soft-copies of Demand Draft and Travel Forms: 28th of March, 2019
- Submission of Hard-copies of DD & Travel Form: 31st of March, 2019
