The International Mediation and Dispute Resolution Conference 2025 will convene on December 6-7, 2025, at DYPU's state-of-the-art campus in Navi Mumbai. As protectionism, trade tariffs, and geopolitical tensions—such as those in Russia-Ukraine and Israel-Palestine—strain multilateral frameworks, mediation emerges as a vital peace-building tool. Highlighting milestones like the Singapore Convention on Mediation and India's Mediation Act, 2023, the conference addresses overburdened courts, technological disruptions, and the need for resilient international cooperation.

The DY Patil Deemed to be University invites original, unpublished research papers from scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and students on mediation's landscape in a global context. Foster interdisciplinary dialogue on enhancing access to justice, addressing globalization's disputes, technological shifts, and multilateralism's challenges.

Submission Guidelines:
- Submit abstracts (≤300 words) by November 10, 2025, to dypsol.events@dypatil.edu.
- Selected authors notified by November 14, 2025.
- Full papers (4,000–6,000 words, APA 7th edition, Word format) due by November 30, 2025.
- Co-authorship (up to 2 authors) permitted.
Publication Details: Selected papers may be published in an edited volume or conference proceedings, subject to editorial review. No publication fee or Article Processing Charge (APC) applies.
